Import duties and taxes
Orders dispatched from outside your country may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and carrier handling fees. Unless a charge is explicitly shown as included or collected at checkout, you are responsible for paying it. If your delivery option states that duty is included but customs duty is charged again on delivery, contact Customer Service and we will reimburse the duplicate duty charge.
